Seasons for Growth
Seasons for Growth is a four week small group program on Understanding Change, Loss and Grief.
Seasons for Growth strengthens wellbeing of participants who are dealing with significant life changes by:
• Exploring the impact of the change and loss on everyday life
• Learning new ways to respond to these changes
The small group program will run for 4 sessions of 2 hours.
Dates: 5 May, 12 May, 19 May, 26 May
Time: 6.20 pm – 8.30 pm (N.B. a snack is provided, but not dinner)
Place: Gordon Community Centre, 110 Lewis Luxton Ave (opposite IGA)
Cost: $100, includes personal journal ($70 concession price)
